San Bernardino Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2015 by a contractor who had spent years working on homes across the Inland Empire and saw a consistent problem: homeowners in San Bernardino were getting sunrooms built by companies that did not understand the local climate or the city permit process. Projects were coming in under-insulated, unpermitted, and unusable during the summer heat that regularly tops 100 degrees in this valley.
We set up in San Bernardino to do it right. That means building sunrooms that stay comfortable when it is 105 degrees outside, using windows and glazing rated for the Inland Empire climate, and handling every permit through the city Building and Safety Division. We know the neighborhoods here - from the foothills near the San Bernardino National Forest to the older streets closer to downtown - and we know what homes in this city need.
